Where are your score counters made?
All our models are designed, cut, and assembled in the southeast of France. We favor local production methods to support craftsmanship, reduce transportation, and guarantee impeccable quality.
What materials do you use?
Our meters are primarily made of aluminum, a lightweight, robust, and fully recyclable metal. It doesn't rust and is highly weather-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use year-round.
How are the score counters broken down?
We use laser cutting to achieve clean and precise finishes. This process ensures high precision on each piece, while respecting the material. Some steel models are plasma cut for an equally neat finish.
How are your products painted?
Our meters are powder-coated : an electrostatic powder coating technique followed by oven baking. This process ensures a long-lasting, consistent, and wear-resistant color.
What colors do you offer?
We offer a wide range of colors and finishes, so that your counter fits perfectly into your pétanque area: rust, slate gray, olive, matte black, and many more.
Is your packaging eco-responsible?
Yes! Our packaging is custom-designed from FSC-certified French cardboard, free of plastic. The foam inserts are recycled and 100% recyclable, for clean and sustainable shipping.
How do you protect the meters during shipping?
Each product is carefully wedged in specific foams and shipped with a compartmentalized case containing the screws, tools and jack.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.
What are the delivery times?
2 to 3 business days for Colissimo. For international delivery, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Can I track my package?
Yes, the tracking link is included in your shipping email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
My order has not been sent yet, why?
It may still be in preparation or waiting for a restocked item. Check the status in your customer account.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Contact us promptly for an update.
My package is taking a long time to arrive, what should I do?
If the deadline is exceeded by more than 5 working days, contact us with your order number for investigation.

When will I receive my tracking number?
It is sent to you automatically as soon as your order is shipped.
What does “In Process” mean?
Your order is being prepared in our workshop or awaiting a missing product.
“Awaiting payment” status, what should I do?
Your payment has not yet been validated. Complete it from your customer area or contact us.
What does “Cancelled” mean?
Your order has been deleted. No charge will be made.
Can I modify my order after validation?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped. After shipping, no changes are possible.

Solutions for missing, damaged or incorrect items.
My package is damaged, what should I do?
Refuse delivery if possible and contact us with photos.
An item is missing from my order.
Send us an email with your order number and a list of missing products.
The item received does not correspond to the one ordered.
Take a photo of the product received and send it to us, we will offer you the right solution.
My package is marked “delivered” but I have not received it.
Contact us with your tracking number for verification with the carrier.

From 2 to 5 years. See the product sheet for details.
Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear?
No, it only concerns manufacturing defects.
Can I use the warranty without an invoice?
No, proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal and payment in installments with Alma.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted via secure SSL protocol.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes, thanks to our partner Alma, for eligible amounts.
Can I use a gift certificate?
Yes, enter the code at checkout to redeem.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
Check your card limit or try another payment method.
